Polar Coordinates!

I have been using lightroom for years and was quite annoyed when Adobe decided to make the program a monthly subscription.  Initially I thought I could get by with the old program, but in the end i had to bite the bullet and subscribe.  Adobe, in their generosity, threw in Photoshop with the subscription which I didn't even bother to open.  That is until I saw some Blips (!) from 'Wherenext' that were of Polar Coordinate and Twirl filtering from PhotoShop.  
This is a Polar Coordinate image of the fountain at Castle Howard.
