Today's the day ……………………… for a waiting shot

Some days you just don't take any pictures.  No particular reason - you just were otherwise occupied, or your camera was elsewhere.  Today was such a day.

Just as well then that I have a folder on my desktop called 'Waiting Shots' which is full of pictures that didn't quite make the cut on the day they were taken.  In fact I have so many pictures that come into that category that I'm now actually on 'Waiting Shots 3'.

So, this is one from yesterday - brown calf No 141 - that seemed to be fascinated by me.  The feeling was mutual ……………………!
