The baby Starlings have fledged and are sitting in the old Lilac tree ouside our window squawking and flapping demanding food from the poor overworked adults! I tell you parenting is no fun if you are a bird!

Frankie had a tiny mouse which I lifted off him and managed to save despite it looking as if it was about to take it's final breath....we will see what tomorrow brings...
