Special Day

I have been holding my breath for this day to come about.
Today I gave my evidence to the Metropolitan police video interview with them. Of the sexual abuse I had from my sisters Husband. I had to bring up memories from when I was Five upwards. My Blood pressure before I left was 161/89.
I now feel much stronger and free I have no secrets now I feel totally lightened. Since the death of my sister Norma in January 19th my mind has been in a total whirlwind. But now whatever happens I am free.
