Day 58 of Lockdown UK

My view for most of today, sitting in the garden, relaxing in the shade with my head back staring at the trees and the gorgeous blue sky.

It’s been a hot day today.

Started an intermittent fast today. Will do 16:8 ratio so my last meal of the day was 4:30pm and I won’t eat again until 7:30am or until I’m hungry which realistically would be 9:30am ish then I have an 8hr window to eat before I fast again.
