Didn’t sleep well last night so really didn’t want to get up this morning. O arrived at 9 and did a good days work in the back garden, even though it was really hot. Went to buy plants for j and dad spoke toC and J on the phone and worked for the rest of the day.. L still waiting in for the builder so just did a short walk on my own. It was too hot to have done a long one anyway
