Crown Shyness

We were sheltering under the trees on our run this morning. Even at 9.15 it was very warm, the kids did well, a couple of stops but we finished out 25 minute run and with it week 7 of our C25K.

Work, cooking, eatting, chilling in the sun were our afternoon activities, then a post tea family walk back up to Northcliffe. Both times it was still pretty quiet, a lot quieter than today's photos of Bournemouth beach!
