Ragu

Lockdown Day 58: a full day effort for dinner today. I started at 7:45, getting ingredents chopped, started in the pan, and in to the slow cooker for the rest of the day.

I realised I had miscalculated annual leave today, so I took a last minute half day to use some more up.
