My Back Yard

Our house is built into the side of a hill and originally had a patio about the size of the two bottom steps seen here. We had it enlarged to its present size, the wall holds back the rest of the garden which we had terraced.
A tree of ours, plus one of our neighbours, provide a useful amount of shade on warm days like this.
