Peace Pagoda

Today we had our first walk outside the village since the start of the lockdown.  We headed over to the local lake and walked all the way round.  There were quite a few walkers, joggers and cyclists out but there was plenty of space to pass people at an acceptable distance although it was noticeable that the younger the other people, the less concerned they seemed to be about leaving space.  A lovely warm day but with just enough of a breeze to keep the air fresh; our temperature gauge registered a high of 31.5 degrees around lunchtime.
