Friday feeling

It is Friday isn’t it?
Nice catch up with pals on zoom in the morning. Then handed over the zoom baton to Mr KT for his work update - working in travel and tourism probably means a grim summer ahead. They are trying to make plans for some activities but we’ll just have to wait and see how that pans out.
Went out for a 10k run in the afternoon, down the glen and back along the road - with a wee bit extra added on to make it up to 10k. With a tough up hill slog in the middle I was pleased to get through it!
