criss cross quiz?

Those of a certain age may remember.  Otherwise it's just some lines crissing (is that a word?) and crossing and you may be wondering what it is.  Or not.

Yesterday's euphoria was short lived.  The lorry waiting to deliver much needed building supplies was unable to, because of the black car parked near the entrance.  The driver, when contacted, declined to move it even though there are double yellow lines in place.  It's still there today.
