I must have walked past this several thousand times when leaving the Parliament yet I have never noticed it before.

But tonight after a very long day that included a 7 hour Stage 2 of the 2nd Emergency Coronavirus Bill I suddenly looked up and saw it .

It is almost exactly opposite the Canongate entrance
