Day 140/20. A Socially Distanced Shop

As I stood in line today to enter our local hardware superstore, I realised 3 things.
1. The virus has hit us in a spell of good weather, and that improves things a lot..  Ordinarily in England we would all be here in the rain.
2. Our mobile phones are timekillers.... Without them we would all stand in line staring into empty space avoiding contact. Now we just look down at our phones to kill time and keep isolated.
3. 17 year olds have considerable power given to them. The staff controlling entry all looked barely old enough to work, but were controlling our movements without any complaints.
