Hop tea

Seems that during the winds yesterday one of the trees in the gardens lost a branch into Queen Street. A couple of cars were damaged but fortunately no people were hurt. The council had thrown all the braches over the hedge onto the top path. Bit of cleaning in the morning and then spent the afternoon making some more beer. Also wanted to do another low alcohol beer soon but couldn’t decide on the hops to use. Tried to make some hop tea to see what they taste like. Worked OK so have a much better idea what to add to the next brew.
