Beans and Rice

Moro beans and chili-lime rice, and a kale salad.

This didn’t really seem like a wine-friendly dinner (at least, not with anything currently in our wine fridge), so we are enjoying a Thackrey Pleiades XXVI red blend after dinner. This works out, as we have been looking forward to drinking this one, but it is an odd one and tricky to pair with food.
