Waiting for a peanut in the rain

Today was a holiday here in Canada it turned out to be a very wet day too. The rain fell all day but I was able to get out around the building. The squirrels were still waiting for peanuts just like this poor guy sitting in the tree.

Today I found out that my neighbor for the last 9 years past away over the weekend. I remember talking with him on Saturday. But his brother showed up today to find him, there was lots of police and medical people there to find out what had happened. Sad he will be missed.
