Sparrow Couple

It seems the 2016 Sparrows have returned to build their nest in our venerable birdhouse.
Once again, they forcefully evicted the lovely Chickadee couple, who were the first comers this year, from the house.
I will spare you the details from this year's Chickadee incident (it is much the same as the 2016  crime report photos.).
We will do our best to make them feel welcome, though we deeply regret their behavior towards the Chickadees.
They certainly do create an approach / avoidance dilemma for us as we struggle not to think of them as thugs.
