Level

When you live in a building that was built in the 1500's, there are no walls, ceilings or indeed floors that are level. I recently got a sideboard but you can see with the naked eye how much it is leaning. Today we used some professional pub levelling implements (aka beer mats) to level it but it has sunk back into the carpet. Might have to repeat this exercise for several days to get it right.
