Day 53/18 Grey Heron

I was in the garden this afternoon when I heard a loud "kraak" sound. I recognised it as possibly a Heron, and sure enough I saw it flying around. It alighted on a tree nearby - I grabbed my camera, ran upstairs and started clicking away. I knew it would eventually fly off, so waited. My patience was rewarded and I managed to get many shots. This is the photography I enjoy.
So after doing the washing, cleaning the house etc etc, this is my exciting moment of the day!!
Grateful for special moments in Nature...
