The dogs grass plant

My dogs have their own personal grass plant in a pot as they are always eating grass. The squirrel i found it maybe came off a weather vane anyhow Paula painted it white and stuck it in the grass plant.

A nice day got the front border weeded( its not very wide) and put the yellow dahlias in i find weeding back breaking these days. Found some Gladiolas coming up i thought they had all died off. Not sure they will flower though as they seem to be from small corms that grow on the bigger bulbs.

I have been putting the hanging baskets out each day and tonight i am leaving them out so hope we have no frost.
