These poppies grow in the front garden of the home where Fluffy and her carers used to live, and they will be glad to see that the new owner Jeremiah (may not be his actual name) has maintained them.

Kate Rusby - Manic Monday (2020)
Kate Rusby is preparing an album of covers and posted this online last Monday, too late to be my LOTD then.
It was written by Prince and intended for the group Apollonia 6. They recorded it in 1984 in a duet with Prince, but he pulled the release and instead recorded it in 1985 with the Bangles, this time producing it at Sunset Sound Factory and playing synthesizers and piano, and using the pseudonym "Christopher", a character he played in the 1986 film Under the Cherry Moon. Prince's original demo of the song would not be released until 2019, when it was included on the demo compilation Originals.
