Today has been overcast and grey all day. We went and had a nice Sunday lunch with mum delivered by a local hotel then watched ‘ The Second best Marigold Hotel’ ....always entertaining :). This evening I continued with my next appliquéd bird .....a Goldfinch this time. Once again acknowledgment to Jo Avery for her bird patterns. I have found this leaf printed fabric in mums stash so thought I’d try it out. Quite pleased with the result.
