Walking Day !!!!!

A visit to the Makara Peak area...We didn’t make the peak but we did a lovely social (with distancing) stagger of 10 KM up and down the mountain in great weather. It was exciting to be back with  the U3A walkers that we hadn’t seen for weeks and on a trail that we hadn’t ever seen. Great.
This is the view towards the southern coast and the Makara wind farm in the distance  We walked in two teams of 10 and the extra shows some of the A team in action. 
Of course there was no coffee meet afterwards so The Boss returned and The Bossess was at the local Cafe waiting when we arrived.
Oh and The Bossess wants to thank all her supporters yesterday. She may well  get to choose more often.
