This is my dad. This is the first time I have been able to visit since January. He is living alone for the first time since marrying my mom 58 years ago. He spends many hours sitting in that chair.

It is also the first time back to Mom’s house since losing her in December. Not going to lie, tough day. Mixed emotions for sure.
