The spare food box

So we only have one kitchen cupboard for food because it’s quite a small kitchen. Now that we buy a whole load of food in one go this isn’t enough: enter the spare food box. It’s gradually got really full because lots of things wouldn’t come in the delivery so we stopped planning meals and just ordered a big shop every time. Also we were like “they only let you have three tins of tomatoes now oh no! We must get the maximum every time!”. We have vowed not to buy any more long life food until the hoard is down to manageable levels again. Obviously we will need to build it back up again in December to survive the apocalypse of a no deal brexit, but that’s a blip for a later date.
