Rhubarb

Ruth and Jimmy and I have come to an arrangement. They provide the rhubarb, and I will make the jam! 

There are lots of clumps of wild rhubarb in the village, but it is green and woody. Ruth and Jimmy's is lovely and sweet, and the jam is pink and jewel-like! 

Ten jars of rhubarb and ginger so far!
