Hairy spider

As yet unidentified - I'll take some better shots of its body and try and find out what it is. It never seems to move - always hanging out on the same leaf, in the same position. There is evidence of web making over night, so perhaps I should go out with my torch and investigate more. Except that it is raining! Shock horror! It certainly hasn't done that for a good two months or so!

Edit: It's a Garden orb-weaver (Eriophora transmarina) - female
