Sourdough

Last week I started growing a sourdough starter and today I made my first ever sourdough loaf! It is by no means perfect but it tastes delicious and the whole process was so rewarding and satisfying. I primarily followed Edd Kimber's method for both the starter and the bread itself, with just a few variations when I didn't have quite the right ingredients or equipment.
