Bread rolls
It's been a day at home with a few things accomplished.
G got into the kitchen and amongst other things, produced these lountza and halloumi rolls for lunch. Made with things that needed to be used up soon. We only had two rolls each for lunch. They were delicious. The extra is the finished product just before the tray went into the oven.
The evening was eventful. An almost new bottle of HP sauce ended up on the floor - broken. I'd just hoovered through the whole flat, so just as well it happened after that. Fortunately, G had her slippers on (for a change), so once it was all cleaned up, she mopped the floor. I will always wonder why things like this happen with full bottles of sauce rather than nearly empty ones. Murphy's law...
Nothing else to report. We watched with great interest, the BBC clip which shows dogs being trained to be able to sniff out if people have coronavirus. That is so cool, unintrusive and much more accurate than the current tests. Cheaper too I should think. :) I doubt we'll have the facility here though.
