Dipper's feeding time

I did some gardening this morning then this afternoon went for a walk along the River Ceiriog with F.  The river forms the boundary between England and Wales so we made sure that we stayed on the English bank to keep within the Welsh Coronavirus law.

We saw a pair of grey wagtails with two chicks but the highlight was seeing this dipper chick being fed by it's parent.  The photo's not very good but it was so lovely to see that I had to use it.
