Disaster

Tripped and fell going outside to eat. Landed flat on face on paving, smashing crockery cutting knees and hands. But worst was my face . Big lump and cuts. Today very black eye.

Had to try to clean up glass and carrots this morning, but worried I left tny glass fragments.

I seem to.be getting more and more unstable.

Done some minor gardening. But too hot to do much
