Change of Scenery

Following a morning of chores we decided to have a short drive across the Vale of Pickering to the Howardian Hills. It was quieter than our local woods meeting only two family groups on the way back to the car. The sheep were enjoying a bit of shade afforded by the Hawthorn. The extra is a clearing Populated by Bluebells. 

Despite being given the go ahead I still felt a little uncomfortable being a few miles from home. Despite having cycled past here only yesterday. Why being in the car should make me feel differently I don’t know.

Made Carrot Cake Muffins this evening whilst watching the Great British Menu banquet tonight. That’s me done for today. Enjoy your weekends and stay safe.
