Pulsatilla seed heads

The pale one is from one of our white pulsatilla flowers.  I detached these to get a photo - but there are plenty still on the plants, so maybe I'll try to harvest and grow some babies.

W has spent a good part of the day trying to ensure that one of our raised beds can be sealed off from the inroads of butterflies and moths, before planting out the brassicas he has grown from seed.  I'm still finding it a bit too cold outside to fancy tackling the weeding which is visibly a necessity.  And still quite occupied with the eFlutefest, which only has another 6 days to enjoy.
