Soup snafu

I had my first lesson in electrician-training today. After boiling soup and not keeping an eye on it, it overflowed and spilled into the wiring of the electric stove. I called my dad to help me figure out whether I would electrocute myself trying to clean the mess, and he gave me some useful tips for next time :)
