Exactly two weeks ago I blipped this intersection of SW Jefferson at SW 10th. Today as I was going by again I figured I'd take a shot from the other side of the street giving a better view of the sculpture, Split Ring by Clement Meadmore. The red brick of the Portland Art Museum is a great backdrop.
