Quick snap

Taken to send Hannah- she bought me 3 rose bushes for my 40th birthday, I quickly killed one but the remaining two are smothered with buds and the first roses coming through. This one is just outside my office window, very cheering.

The swimming pool lady texted me in the afternoon to see if we were going for a swim. I wrote a reply saying no, we were planning a sea swim instead and then wondered what on earth I was saying, turning down a swimming opportunity. Kate forgot her goggles so we did old lady heads up swimming and chatting instead of our normal heads down approach. Was tremendous all round.
