(133) I Know Better

Still troubled by some sort of minor, but annoying, issue in the shin/ankle/foot department it was suggested that I might be better resting up for another week. If it was dull, grey and wet weather I might manage that but as the sun was shining I couldn't help but get the bike out. Yes, I can feel a slight twinge again but it was a highly enjoyable few miles on two wheels so I figure it was worth it.
