Plenty

At work for the first time since last Thursday. Was alright - done / dusted.

Bumped into a pal in the street whilst I was out shopping in the afternoon. A very fine fella indeed from my Fopp days. He's probably not reading this but if he is - coffee/pint some day soon(ish) beckons!

Oh, and when I got in from work I got the bike out in the kitchen and it seemed *really* hard work for once. I'd only done a 36 minute Spotify playlist to listen to whilst pedalling but, oh boy,  I got about halfway through, looked at what was left, and wish I'd done a shorter one!

A fine Mexican-themed tea and a beer or two eased my pain somewhat. No sympathy needed, please.
