Very isolated.

Went to Granton to walk along the beach as the tide went out. Found a couple of bits of red sea glass and a yellow marble very frosted by the sea. 

I handed over a shoulder bag I repaired for a friend. We stood in the street at a proper distance and talked about just how AWFUL it all is. I think we both feel better. 

I think I have finally found an explanation for Trump, it was a quote from an ex aide. - You think that because you don't understand the underlying motives behind his behaviour that he is playing three dimensional chess. Actually he is just eating the pieces.
