Anchovies

Another couple of kitchen cupboards cleared out and rationalised today. We had no idea this little treasure trove was hiding at the back. That counts as a result from where I’m sitting.

I mentioned the anchovy and parsley linguine recipe a while back. We did actually get around to making it, although it didn’t get documented on here.

Now off to search for more anchovy recipes, although, quite frankly, I could just eat them as is.
