Experiment

Up early to try out some tweaks to my bread-making. This is a white loaf made with yeast. What I've done differently is that I woke the yeast up in warm water with a spoonful of sugar before using it - I usually add it to the flour dry and then bosh in the fluid. I also gave it longer on the mixer rather than finishing the kneading by hand before proving. I've not got cabin-fever but I am focussing on some of the smaller things in my environment..... I'll let you know whether these small changes improve the bread
