The Wilding Stops Here

Work continues at the Polytunnels. It cannot be long before the first crops of fruit will be available for sale. Unfortunately the point of sale is well beyond my "shielding zone" but a phone call to the farmer might result in a regular supply being delivered to our door.

Today’s Blipfoto shows a distinct boundary between "rewilding" and the Polytunnels landscape.

The latest issue of Scientific American arrived today. The main group of articles is concerned with The Coronavirus and the development from China to other parts of the world.

In many ways it makes for a sobering read, and is very scathing in the ways that Western Governments have failed to act in a timely manner.

It is very scathing of a certain DT who is not the leader to resolve this matter.

America cannot go it alone. This is a pandemic that requires a coordinated effort from all governments.

It is likely that there will be a second wave this autumn and winter.

A vaccine is probably a year away, although some existing medications and treatments may help.
