Hubby was tidying the shed and came across the Last which had belonged to my Dad.I suspect it had been his grandfather's who was a Cordwainer.

Today has been sunny.Cold earlier but warmed up and the washing dried almost at once.
There was only 1 cloud in a beautiful blue sky.
I sat out with my coffee watching this Starling which has a nest in the Chimney pot (not used) 
The parents are back and forwards doing their Duty ;)
