What’s for supper?

What’s for supper was almost always the first question my dad had for my mother when he would walk in the door from work every day. He was never disappointed. Because my mom was always a good cook. And she always manage to have a home cooked meal even though she worked full-time as an RN, raised four kids and helped run my dad‘s business. I truly do not know how she did what she did.
I enjoy cooking and I try to always have a home cooked meal if possible. Tonight’s dinner was one of my husbands favorite. Zucchini pizza casserole.
