Sun and Shadows!

Training sandwiched between meetings all day. Managed to grab a quick ten minute walk at lunchtime and the warmth of the sun felt so good. Spring IS coming!

Unusual day.....isn't human nature difficult to understand at times.....how is it one person can display the sweetest of behaviour to one person and quite the opposite to another just to get what they want? Guess it takes all sorts to make up our world.

Rules to celebrate growing older are nearing an end...
