To infinity and beyond

After a late night and tricky trip to meadowhall I wondered what would inspire me today...

Turned out on the way home I was stunned by how ace the moon looked, so thought I would try and take a picture using my new 300mm lens...

I am pleased with the output. Took me a while to realise a shorter shutter speed would work best, as the longer exposure just kept making the moon brighter and brighter.
