Views of hills and water

We walked some of the footpaths and tracks in the Winster valley, with views of the hills, Lake Windermere, Ghyll Head Reservoir and Podnet Tarn. Sunshine and cloud, with a very cold wind, but the range of habitats was interesting, and we were really pleased to identify the sound of a wood warbler amongst the birch trees.
