Dark Morning After Stormy Night

We are getting reports of first victims of COVID-19 in our town, of people suffering terribly, but who are not getting tested. The virus is now spreading rapidly in smaller towns like ours. People feel safe because of the lack of tests (if no cases of COVID are reported in your vicinity, you don't need to worry...). Especially in poorer neighborhoods, people are not protecting themselves (if the President says there's no need to worry...).
This thing is far from over...
