Before setting the children an extra task of creating a wee stop-motion film I thought it wise to test the relevant apps for usability and the presence of pop-up ads for porn and so on. In checking reviews and so on I found another reference to Video Velocity, which I'd downloaded years ago for attempting to use the big camera for timelapsing. Happily, it now works and can thus be employed for both timelapsing and stop-motion, using such desktop materials as are to hand.
